Receiving & Shipping
From the dock to the truck
Receiving opens a dock ticket from the PO and is signed. Shipping releases name bill-to and ship-to, and the packing slip and BOL print from the ticket.
Receiving is not release
A received lot goes to quarantine until its CoA is checked, so nothing reaches a job unchecked. On the way out, each release names bill-to and ship-to, leftovers stay pickable, and the paperwork prints from the ticket.
