Our Story
Why AMNI exists
It started on the plant floor
We built AMNI Operate (then called ezGMP) to run production and quality for cGMP manufacturers — validated batch records, inventory, and documentation in one system. Working alongside manufacturers every day showed us a bigger problem: the quality documents their businesses run on still move between companies by PDF and email.
So we built the network
The Amni Network connects suppliers, manufacturers, and brands on one supply chain graph. Documents are shared once and flow to every partner who needs them, AI agents watch quality around the clock, and companies get discovered for the quality they can prove — not just the price they quote.

In regulated industries, trust is built on documentation. Our conviction is that the companies who prove their quality should win — and that proving it should be a by-product of daily work, not a full-time job.

Mike Hardy
Chief Executive Officer
Mike is a growth-focused software executive with deep experience scaling technology companies through SaaS transitions, private equity investment, acquisitions, and enterprise value acceleration.
As President of Enumerate, he led the company's shift from legacy software to a recurring-revenue SaaS model — growing recurring revenue to 87%, completing multiple acquisitions, securing private equity partnership, and building a culture recognized five times as a Tampa Bay Times "Best Place to Work." Earlier, at Vocus, he earned multiple President's Club awards driving the company's transition to cloud-based solutions.
At AMNI, Mike drives strategic vision, operational execution, fundraising, and long-term growth.
Yury Zhytkou
Chief Technology Officer
Yury is a senior technology leader and software architect with more than two decades of experience building enterprise engineering organizations, scalable cloud platforms, and complex business systems.
He has held engineering leadership roles with Compass Group USA, Duke Energy, TIAA, and Kingsmen Software — leading globally distributed teams through AWS cloud adoption, DevOps automation, AI-enabled tools, and large-scale systems modernization, much of it in highly regulated environments where security and reliability are mission critical.
At AMNI, Yury leads platform engineering, technical strategy, and product architecture.
Don Bailey
Chief Revenue Officer
Don is an entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with extensive experience building businesses and driving strategic growth across manufacturing, retail, financial services, and operational consulting.
He has built and operated multiple businesses while serving as a strategic advisor and investor across a diverse portfolio of companies, and served on the Business Advisory Council for the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University. As an AMNI board member, he has helped shape the company's vision for supply chain transparency and trusted collaboration.
At AMNI, Don leads revenue strategy, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth.
Caren Henderson
Chief of Staff & Head of Strategic Growth
Caren is a senior strategy and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise transformation across consulting, manufacturing, healthcare, and regulated industries.
Her career includes leadership roles with PwC and EY — leading ERP implementations, HR transformation, and complex operational programs for global organizations — plus leadership roles at Jabil and WellCare. As founder of Accelerated Momentum, she has spent nearly two decades helping organizations translate strategy into execution.
At AMNI, Caren aligns execution against the company's next phase of growth: investor readiness, operational alignment, strategic partnerships, and preparing the business for scale.
